I agree with Al, a great practical service weapon. One other small short coming. All the edges on the gun were very sharp. However, a little work with file and sandpaper to "melt" in some edges and all was golden. The gun being stainless, you didn't have to worry about refinishing. Also, the first magazines were worrisome. The base plates had a tendency to just let go without warning, sending mag spring and ammo flying. Sometimes at a very inopportune time. This problem was fixed pretty quickly and went on with very good reliability. I used one for many years. When my son graduated from Army boot camp I passed it on to him. Still going strong.
