Just wondering if you had any luck fixing it? If not I did and so far I have 500 rounds through my build and it has been 100% holding the bolt open on the last round. Took me three full days of pulling my hair out...lol Anyways here is what I did...
1.) Ditch the little lrbho lever spring "don't need it"
2.) The bolt catch spring is way to heavy. You need to either replace it with a lighter one or do what I did and cut one coil at a time. Until it barely has any tension.
3.) Adjust the little tab on the lrbho lever that catches the magazine follower until it touches the follower.
How I adjusted the little tab was putting a magazine in the lower with one round in it. Then bent it down until it touches the follower. Bingo presto you now have a 100% lrbho 9mm AR
