I sent you a PM freebullet..
Just wondering if you had any luck fixing it? If not I did and so far I have 500 rounds through my build and it has been 100% holding the bolt open on the last round. Took me three full days of pulling my hair out...lol Anyways here is what I did...
1.) Ditch the little lrbho lever spring "don't need it"
2.) The bolt catch spring is way to heavy. You need to either replace it with a lighter one or do what I did and cut one coil at a time. Until it barely has any tension.
3.) Adjust the little tab on the lrbho lever that catches the magazine follower until it touches the follower.
How I adjusted the little tab was putting a magazine in the lower with one round in it. Then bent it down until it touches the follower. Bingo presto you now have a 100% lrbho 9mm AR

Oh BTW the best magazines for the AR9s are the glock of course magpul or ETS 30 rounders with a +2 round glock extention.

I have not played with the lrbho lever lately. I will though. We took it out to the range a couple times for punishment. It functioned great with cast each trip. Thanks for the tips on the lrbho. I believe it can be made to work reliable, just ain't got there yet.

We've been using 2 glock 17 mags & a bunch of Korean mags from centerfire systems. They all work flawlessly now. Haven't tried the 50 round drums yet but, will soon.

It's a fun range toy for sure.
