there is a standoff about 10 times a day with these two...usually right before mealtime...or just after mealtime.

When the wood stove is going, they are less likely to start fighting.

I was away this weekend visiting my parents. The wife called and told me that our cat hadn’t come home last night.

We found out tonight via a local Facebook neighborhood crime watchers group, that he was hit by a car and died. I just got done texting with the woman who found him. She let me know that Animal Control had picked up the body.

I’m very grateful that there are good people out there who cared enough to let us know what happened.

We are pretty sad here tonight.

Goodbye Stampy!

That sucks.

Most cats I see that are hit around here the people went out of their way to hit them. I picked up an assault charge because of a ex friend that did that when I was in the car with him driving. I end3d up walking home about 5 miles but I felt better that I know I broke his nose and knocked out 2 of his teeth. He still to this day walks the other way if he see me out.

I am so sorry!
