So your the guy they wrote the song "I'm married to a waitress and I don't even know her name" about . :)

I can see where shaving might be a good idea in your case . I was 30 before my beard filled in and I swear every hair that filled in the beard left the fivehead . (Its like a forehead but higher)

Now that's some funny stuff.
I have a babyface, if I shave I look 12 yrs old ...well, at least I did, up until I got grey, about a decade ago, LOL.

I think I have shaved three times in my whole adult life.

No beard ever for me; military in the olden days, law enforcement, fire service, field chemist (wearing respirators) so when I retired, it is all white and I look like Santa.

Same here... I shaved that peach fuzz mustashe I had in 8-11th grads and let it grow before I graduated HS. I do not ever remember removing all facial hair. I have had mustache and beard only as well as goate. Started shaving head 1991(before it was as popular)

Retirement and Covid has increased my laziness coefficient ! When my wife says "Kissing me is like kissing a walrus"! I trim it the next day!
Not to mention Red Wine splatters on my undershirts tell me the "Stach" is too long!
Liking the fact that it is mostly grey now.....Grey beards open a lot of doors for you and I'm hearing "Sir" more often!
I like the attention:rolleyes:

How many walruses has she kissed for comparison? What did you do to seal the deal?

The second photo is from my days as a reader in the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia

Longest I ever had it was to the middle of my chest. Too much darn work to keep it looking healthy/good, I’m down to a goatee and mustache these days

"OK, OK, I'm going as fast as I don't want to go!"
Yep, shaving makes me break out on my chin. I don't want to look like a 58 year old man going through puberty so I just keep this trimmed up.

Well I hate growing a beard. When I moved up here from California in 74 I started a beard as I was going to live in the rough. I already had a long ponytail.

By 1988 I’d long since ditched the beard and did regular shaving twice a week whether it was needed or not. Even longer ponytail. Karyn is sure one fine looking lady isn’t she? We were down in Southern California desert riding 4 wheelers and dirt bikes with the family.

By 1998 I’m still beardless and no more ponytail but still long hair. Karyn and I with one of our over night catches. Our vessel KraKaDawn is just in the picture sterned into the dock to the right. Karyn’s looking good ten years later.

I have always had work where I am constantly going in and out of the weather several times a day. So it pretty much has been well trimmed beard inn the winter time and clean shaved or mustache in the summer.
