Today cloudless and sunny, 72-degrees with a gentle breeze.
The last two weeks has shown there are much worse places.Your reward for putting up with monumental, perpetual stupidity.
Williams, about 35 miles West of Flagstaff, is a neat little town, and Flagstaff is a neat bigger town. For us, though, they have three strikes against them. Williams is the gateway to the Grand Canyon and its economy revolves round tourists, Flagstaff revolves round Northern Arizona University, and 7000 feet is too high of an elevation. That we live in an area dependent on a tourist economy, and a state university campus political leanings, we don't want to move only to be in the same craziness.I wouldn't mind 30 mi east , west , or north of Flagstaff .
