Spinach salad with vinegrette dressing and fresh baked razor clams we dug a week ago.
They are dredged in flow then egg then tossed in shredded ritz crackers.
Then bake at 425 till they start to sizzle and then flip to high broil to brown the top.
Enjoyed all this with a nice crisp locally brewed ipa.

Another summer harvest veggi meal!
Eggplant pizza with roasted garlic & seasoned ricotta sauce topped by a fresh tomato slice and shredded mozzarella

Fired up the Weber because I scored some nice size, shell on, fresh shrimp at the market this morning!
Sure wish they were also heads on but I have not found a place that sells them locally!
Made up some skewers of shrimp and also some mushrooms and orange bell pepper ( from my garden)
Very tasty...we don't have this meal to often. Really loving the subtile smoke of my quince wood. Not harsh or overpowering or too sweet!

Wife is At her sisters for a pool party tonight! So I explored a full veggie garden of Kabobs!
My wife is not a big vegetable fan...more of a meat and potatoes gal because of her upbringing! I do my best to help here get her veggies but tonight that she is out of the house I did Mushroom ( store bought), Onion, 2 types of peppers & tomato ( Garden grown)
Salt -Pepper and olive oil coating!
On the weber charcoal grill with some of my poor quince tree smoking wood!
Excellent!
Yes she would have been appalled at my fare!
I can not lie! There was a bit of sun dried tomato coated chicken breast in there, but very little

Just her home cooked burgers. But they are yummy.
She tricked me. Just soft shelled tacos & fruit -- and cheese cake.

Jim, that looks fantastic. Started grilling that exact combination of veggies about 10 years ago. I marinate first in olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and sometimes a little Greek seasoning. Leave out the salt these days.

forced to eat baked Kohlrabi, and new taters with mushroom gravy.
there was also some ribs or something on the plate too, i just put some BBQ sauce on them and shared those with the dogs.

I'm gonna have to bake some sliced up medium size new taters with garlic and bacon, casserole style, here again soon.

I had taken too much out two days ago. So Yesterday aft noon I smoked up last two pieces then shredded it for pulled pork.

Man it was scrumptious! I did cheat tho. Smoked for 2 hrs then wrapped in dbl foil and added apple juice before sealing. Then back on smoker for two more hours. Shred with two forks and add a cup of fav BBQ sauce. Garden yellow squash and Green Beans was a very tasty dinner.

This morning I made up some Spanish Romesco sauce! I had roasted up a bunch of Red Ripe Spanish Genika Peppers on my Weber the night before with some light smoking wood! This morning I blended them with Sun dried tomatoes , Garlic , Red wine vinegar, Cayenne & Smoked Spanish Paprika! And added extra Virgin olive oil!
Grilled up some pork and veggies on the grill tonight and enjoyed them with the Romesco sauce! Very nice and interesting flavor!
Sorry no pictures I was pretty hungry!
