I stumbled upon this vintage photo and decided to have a little fun. I sent out an email to several Wilton members with the following:

Given all this transgender stuff going around, Charlie, Lenny and Butch thought that they might have a shot at winning the women’s division at a Schuetzen match. Unfortunately, their hats gave them away.

Those young ladies are from Wisconsin. They shot over by Alma and are shooting some variant of Swiss Martinis.

#2, but pull the nickle ones out along with at least one, maybe two rows
in order to have space between both ends of the cases for better air circulation.

he was too busy counting them and sorting them by shade to worry about alignment.
oh wait...

my 45 brass is just thrown on a towel under the heater vent until i remember it's down there.
it's usually while doing something else,, like looking for all my 45 brass that isn't in the proper container.
i don't need it, and i'm not gonna load it until there's three-four times more than there is,, but now i know it's missing.

I am primitive or accidentally green. Wood frame, window screen, scatter out the brass and either place over a heat register to add humidity to the air, and conserve fossil fuel or go solar in the summer time. Shake the frame from time to time to get air circulation. Or maybe I am just cheap?

Not only drove a "Three on the Tree" but did it with a non-synchonized 1st & Reverse. You had to put the selector in 2nd for just a moment to stop the cluster gear from spinning and THEN you could put it in 1st or Reverse!
Or press the clutch in and wait for the gears to stop spinning on their own before selecting 1st or Reverse.

Drum brakes all around, no power steering, 2 speed wipers (on AND off!), roll up windows and roll out vent windows, and the dimmer switch was on the floor.

The old VW Bugs used the air pressure in the spare tire to operate the windshield washer. The really old VW bugs didn't have a fuel gauge but did have a reserve valve (like a motorcyle) for that last gallon of gas in the tank.

Learned to maneuver on a 28 Oliver (with the crank up front). Then I graduated to a 46 Ford Cub. That was easy after the Oliver. Then on to a 50 Ford Fairlane with no body, cut frame and the front seat mounted on the rear frame hump... Dirt back road legal farm vehicle.
Our 87 Samurai has 5 on the floor, plus a lever for 4 wheel drive engagement, and do not forget the front hub locks. All operations are manual to include the carb choke. Just like a vehicle should be.
