It just made 100* today, and the long range forecast has temps lowering a bit for the next 10 days. Humidities are up, and will remain so for that 10-day period. 38% right now, 79*.

Summer in Wisconsin. Overnight low was 59, high yesterday was 84. Maybe a skosh warmer today.

The motorcycle is whimpering in the shed. We have been tied up procuring stuff for an unplanned remodeling project in the furnace room initiated by a plumbing leak. Two 140 mile round trips yesterday with my F-150 with a 6 1/2 bed hauling boxed kitchen cabinets. Once the day was shot with trip #1 we just kept rolling.

Today, I believe the bike will get some attention. I wish I could fish from it. First world problems of a spoiled adult/senior brat.I better go knock down 10 prairie dogs right away. Absolutely calm out.

Finally back to normal weather here, 55* yesterday morning and high of 88*. Light breeze and not a cloud in the sky.

Low last night was 57, scheduled high for today is 62. Intermittent June Gloom at home, but driving though a town six miles away it was pretty foggy. A slight possibility of dry lightening brings back memories of last July's event that spawned three local fires.

Calm , blue skies 76° now .
Poured rain from about 5:30 or 6 until just after noon . No guesses as to how much but the duck pond was about 20×30 in the 20×40 pen about 9:30 this morning .

Not quite 1 P.M., the weather site says its 96* but the AC hasn't kicked on yet (set at 80*). Clouds are boiling up over the mountains again, so it looks like July again. It would be nice if the clouds dropped some rain, but we can do without the lightning part of the deal.

Getting some rain now.
Projected high of 86 today.
I can't believe it's the end of July in Texas and we haven't reached 100* at my house, yet!

Be careful what you wish for! Eighty two for the high today, partly cloudy. Late afternoon T-Storms. Would like to mow but humidity is high and vegetation is still wet, from the nuisance rain (1/20") we got late yesterday afternoon.

Looks like finally a clear day... T storms forcast eid/evening. But thats spotty a d nearly daily with the humidity.

It was dry overnight so Im gonna stain the decks. Washed them three weeks ago and have t been able to tie two dry hot days together to allow them to dry!!

I'm sure happy with my decision when I built my deck to build it with composite decking. NO staining, no sanding ever. Pressure wash it twice a year and it looks like the day I built it.

And with the price of lumber today composite isn't much more than lumber.
