Same dinner here! Only mine is Crock Pot with Beer/stock. Potato/Carrot added 1/2 thru. Meat and Onion/ spices 8hr cook. Just put in the Cabbage in W/ 2 hrs ta go. Irish Soda Bread as a side too!!Not on the grill!
Traditional St. Paddy's Day Corned Beef & Cabbage dinner. One pot cooking option. Corned beef (boiled 2.5 hours) with potatoes, carrots and cabbage, added the last hour or so.
