We say 63 again. Still inches a snowon South faces & shade areas. Most drifts n piles in sun are gone.

Looking like a little snow, flurries, on and off for the next week, hopefully not much accumulation. But, the good news is it looks like the below freezing temperatures are over for this winter. Well I have my fingers crossed anyway.

Light sporadic showers during the night. Hauled trash out to the road this morning without getting wet. I see some sun streaking the valley behind us.
55* right now, supposed to get up to 65* late afternoon. Little to no likelihood of showers the rest of the day.

Cloudy and cool this morning, got light rain on the trip to Highland for brunch this morning. Still cloudy at 1:45 P.M., more rain at 2:15 per the weather propagandists. We shall see. We have plans to hit the desert tomorrow for shooting and 4-wheeling, supposed to be windy (20-30 MPH therapeutic breezes).

Some friends of ours are in Las Vegas currently. Monday at 6 P.M. there was almost ZERO vehicle traffic on the Strip. The same thing happened last time gas prices went ballistic. Not good.

Gas prices went up $.85 a gallon 10 days ago, but have come back down $.50.

Windy. Blows like hell from the SE and then blows like hell from the West. The first brings sticky Gulf humidity and the second either unbelievable amounts of west Texas dust or massive storm fronts. F'n March indeed.

One to three inches of snow tomorrow, light rain now, with temps above freezing day time, to below freezing night time, the next week. Soggy yard in the day, concrete in the morning! LOL

Why I hated growing up in Southern Ohio and Kentucky; wind off the gulf or wind off the artic. Here it is just; is the jet stream north or south of you?

Been very windy the past couple of days. Gusts up to 40 mph. As Smoky said, no rain yesterday but we did manage to accumulate 1/2" of precipitate, night before last. Ground is saturated, have standing water in my ATV trails.
