What is your weather today?

Beautiful day on the river, must have been close to 80, nice southerly breeze. Took a good buddy fishing for his first time handlining. He took home a nice walleye and a sauger.

Came home voted, and road the Indian for 30 miles. I would have ridden more if my wife had been available, but she is the Chief Inspector at the polls and was tied up until they are done with the count.

Nasty storm blew through here this afternoon. Had just finished mowing out front when it started to drizzle, by the time I made to the back yard it was dark as night, a driving rain, 50+ mph wind and grape size hail. 7/10 of an inch of rain and melted hail in less than 45 minutes. Weather guesser's are saying more of the same overnight.

Looks like above freezing daytime temperatures.
I’m in southern Oregon at the moment, but, spring in Alaska has been delayed.

Our youngest daughter and her husband live in Eagle River, AK and she posted snow pics at their place a couple days ago. As for our home front, 80s during the day and high 40s/lows 50s at night over the past week. REALLY NICE.

Here’s my place Saturday, looking up to the shop.
Can’t imagine Eagle River is any different

Spring storm here in the PNW Cascades; passes closed with heavy snow and blowing winds. Trucks and cars like match sticks all over the highways. Here on the high steppes, low of 40's this AM and winds 20 with gusts of 35+, but bright sun here.

Rained overnight, pretty morning, calm and 55F. Supposed to cloud up and stay cool, high in the upper 50's. We are in full spring mode here, tulips and daffodils are blooming. I mowed the lawn for the first time yesterday, mostly just to clean it up some.

Sunny today! Low fifties with a little breeze. Felt nice in the full sun with a black hoodie on. I always enjoy these early spring days when the sun is shining, and it ain’t thirty-eight degrees and drizzling.

Spent both days this weekend out in the woods. Took the boy out today for some plinking. He lacks the the patience to watch me shoot groups and ladders, so l did that stuff yesterday.

Another gorgeous Spring day in the Pipple's Rezpoobleek Of Kalifornistan. Mid-80s in late afternoon while I assembled some 223 ammunition.

Sunny and 78*, yesterday. Pretty much the same today, already 73 degrees, with a light north wind. We're getting close to full green up. Cindy snapped this picture, Saturday morning, off the rear porch. Mowed twice, already. Ready to do it again.

John B Those asparagus shoots better put their winter coats on. Today its 30ish an still snowing since about midnight. Probably 2" on the ground.
10 days ago we visited the FIL in St. Paul Minn. His Irises were up 6", Yesterday i looked at ours and not even half of them are above ground.
Unlike Wine Lover our trees haven't even started to bud.

Heavy dreary overcast with a scheduled high of 58. If it wasn't April it'd think it was the June Gloom of June, July, or August.

Similar conditions here, Michael. Temps topped out at 62*, cloudy and drizzled much of the day here. We get a lot of this from mid-April to mid-June. It is supposed to rain a bit tonight.

looks like Ric's storm is gonna be here about 4 am.

the winds are whipping in a circle around the center of the storm like a hurricane is coming in, and nobody is saying how much snow anyone is getting.
the weatherman 150 miles away actually mentioned soda by name, saying batten down the hatches for the early morning winter storm warning, but gave no specific amount guesstimate.

Daffodils have been up, for the past month...........they're about gone. Iris have already bloomed, a couple of days ago. Redbud trees are waning. Dogwoods and wild plum are still in blossom. Wisteria is also in bloom. Lilies are starting to come up.
